Couldn't start my car. Called service at 6:45 a.m. was greeted by a very helpful young lady Shelby who was able to get answers to all my questions. Suzanne helped me at customer service and kept in contact with me throughout the day. They made it a very easy painless pleasant experience.
Was able to get early appointment. Doors opened promptly at 7: 05 am. Finally spoke to a female Service writer named Martha who was great! Informative & fair. Gave me great discounts on work done. Comfy waiting room. Spent 5 hours waiting but had lots of maintenance work done. Satisfied with overall experience & would highly recommend.
