I used this dealership when it was Massapequa Nissan and have dealt with Service Advisor Fred Sanfilippo both times...... He is actually the reason I went to South Shore Nissan for my service. Trust is something I value greatly and he is always in touch keeping me in the loop with what is going on with repairs.... loaner cars.... and anything he can help with. The girls at the front desk also could not be nicer.... Both yesterday and today took a lot less time then I thought it would... I can not say enough good things about this service center!

I went to 6 different dealers and I went back to South Shore Nissan because they were unbelievably helpful, professional and were very patient. everyone I dealt with through the whole process continued to be the same when I went back. Needless to say I drove off the lot with my new 2017 Expedition. I am very careful about recommending anyone as you name goes with that recommendation but after what I witnessed over those few days, Not only will I be recommending This dealer and the people who work there. The leasing of my 2018 Rogue from South Shore Nissan was a pleasure ! My salesman, Rich Caicedo, was knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with from start to finish. There were no surprises and no pushey “finance manager” to deal with. I feel I got a fair deal and was treated respectfully and professionally. I would recommend this Nissan dealership far and above others that I visited while shopping for my new vehicle. This is my fourth Nissan lease , I wish I had gone to this dealership for my other cars but I lived in Suffolk at the time, now I know better. FYI, worst experience ever at Westbury Nissan where I started shopping for my 2018 Rogue.
