Nissan Tops Climate Change Rating Study

In 2016, Nissan will have reduced its carbon emissions in all its vehicles by 20 percent since 2005. That's quite amazing considering we have compact cars, sedans, crossovers, SUVs and trucks available at Massapequa Nissan. Today, they've been honored for their commitment to making our world a better place on the CDP Global 500 Report for 2014.

In fact, Nissan scored a perfect 100A on the report, which evaluated transparency in releasing pertinent environmental information, and the efforts the automaker takes to ensure they are reduced moving forward. This is the second time Nissan has landed on the list, and like we said, quite the accomplishment, and something we know is going to continue to be a factor when new Nissan vehicles are built going forward. We already know that all-electric models like the LEAF EV will get the job done, but everything from the Altima to the Armada will also do their part, too.

In addition to being efficient and eco-friendly, Nissan models here in our Seaford, NYshowroom are also stylish, full of technology, and safe. To learn more, stop in and see us and we'd be happy to answer any questions you might have, and arrange test drives.
