I was summoned by Nissan USA for an active recall for my 2011 Nissan. It turns out I had not one, but three active recalls for my car that I've found out when I went for an appointment at South Shore Nissan. The repairs/replacements of parts was urgently recommended for safety reasons. South Shore Nissan car services department was organized, welcoming and efficient. The staff made me feel comfortable for the long wait I had (three active recalls). An overall pleasant experience.

I used this dealership when it was Massapequa Nissan and have dealt with Service Advisor Fred Sanfilippo both times...... He is actually the reason I went to South Shore Nissan for my service. Trust is something I value greatly and he is always in touch keeping me in the loop with what is going on with repairs.... loaner cars.... and anything he can help with. The girls at the front desk also could not be nicer.... Both yesterday and today took a lot less time then I thought it would... I can not say enough good things about this service center!
