Recently, across the pond in Europe, Frankfurt, Germany to be exact, Nissan revealed one cool new concept that generated quite the buzz abroad, and here at home in the states. It's called the Nissan Gripz Crossover Concept, and boy is it "gripping."
It has a very bold design, which is common for concept cars. This usually means that the styling will influence future new Nissan vehicles, like the Rogue, Murano, and others. The idea behind the Gripz is that it is combining a crossover, and a sports car together, while also making it a hybrid, using the same powertrain as the Nissan LEAF EV here in our Seaford, NY showroom.
The Gripz with its hybrid platform gets 107-horsepower, and utilizes Nissan staples like the V motion grille, along with unique features such as a carbon-fiber frame.
